scout

from finished product to your next customers

You built the product. Now it needs buyers.

No audience needed: Scout finds the people and companies on LinkedIn who have the problem your product solves, explains why each one is worth the conversation, drafts the first message and keeps the follow-up at a human pace. All from your computer, on your account.

the problem

The product is ready. The customers trickle in.

Nobody knows you exist

You post and almost nobody sees it. Building an audience takes months, and your runway won't wait.

Who to sell to, exactly

You know what the product does, but not who, by name and job title, would pay for it today.

The message you never send

You don't want to sound like spam, so you don't write. Nobody answers the generic one, and the personal one takes twenty minutes per person.

Scout finds who would buy and leaves the conversation to you

Finding who has the problem, reading every profile, drafting the approach and keeping up the follow-up is its job. Approving and talking is yours. All from your computer, on your account, with no server of ours in between.

What Scout does with each of those pains

01 / 04who to sell to, exactly

From nine hundred profiles to the ones worth talking to, with the reason alongside

Scout searches, reads every profile and tells you whether the person fits what you sell, and why, written next to the name. What's left is a short list you understand at a glance. You choose who to talk to; instinct becomes criteria.

The message arrives drafted; the words stay yours

The message arrives drafted; the words stay yours

The AI writes from the person's profile and your Offer, nothing generic and nothing made up: you confirm every fact before approving. Approving isn't sending, it's queueing; Scout sends a little at a time, at a human pace. Nobody but you reads these conversations.

03 / 04the follow-up that slips to tomorrow

The funnel moves while you build

Nobody updates a CRM by hand or remembers follow-ups: every real event (a reply, interest, a call) moves the person along, and the campaign keeps the agreed pace even in the week you only write code. And it's all stored on your disk.

It tells you whether the offer is landing
04 / 04not knowing if the problem is the product or the pitch

It tells you whether the offer is landing

You see how many people accepted and how many replied each week. Nobody replying is an answer too: there's still time to change the offer or the audience before deciding the product is no good. When results drop below what's worth it, it pauses the campaign on its own. And if there are still too few people to conclude anything, it says so instead of inventing a percentage.

the difference

One purchase, no subscription

Your data never leaves

No server, no account, no shared key. Leads, conversations and credentials live in a database on your disk. We couldn't read them even if we wanted to.

The AI is yours too

Got Claude Code installed? Zero configuration. Otherwise use your own key: six providers, with the credential encrypted in the system keychain. The only variable cost is your own AI usage, not a monthly fee.

Autonomy is a dial

Each campaign picks between Copilot and Automatic, and even on Automatic the first messages go through you. Trust is built, not assumed.

questions

What people usually ask

I don't have a single customer yet. Is this for me?

That's exactly what it's for. Scout doesn't depend on an audience or referrals: it finds who has the problem your product solves and starts the conversation.

I'm not sure who my ideal customer is.

That's normal. The first thing Scout does is interview you about the product and propose that profile. You correct whatever doesn't fit.

Where does my data go?

Nowhere. Scout has no server: leads, conversations and credentials live in a SQLite database on your disk. The interface literally cannot load anything from the network.

Is this a subscription?

No. Scout isn't SaaS: you download the app and it's yours. There's no account, no plan, and it doesn't depend on our servers to work. The only variable cost is the usage of whatever AI you choose.

Doesn't this risk my LinkedIn account?

Scout's whole design starts from that question. First, the architecture: actions leave from your machine, from your IP, not from a datacenter. Then the brakes: a cap of 100 invites/week (half the platform's limit), a 90-second minimum interval, irregular pacing and automatic pauses when the signal turns bad.

Do I need to pay for an AI?

You use the AI you already have. With Claude Code installed it's zero configuration; otherwise bring your own API key (Anthropic, OpenAI or Gemini). The key is encrypted in the system keychain.

Does it work for a product sold to consumers?

No. Scout looks for buyers on LinkedIn, so it works when the one paying is a professional or a company.

Why does Windows warn me during install?

The Windows installer doesn't carry a Microsoft signature, so SmartScreen asks for confirmation the first time you open it: "More info" → "Run anyway". The warning doesn't come back. On macOS the app is signed and verified by Apple and opens straight away.

Does it run on Intel Macs? Linux?

Not for now. Scout targets macOS on Apple Silicon (M1 and later) and Windows x64. Linux comes later.
